Djamoekoe in Ubud is a plant based health store.
Djamoekoe is ancient Javanese for “my Jamu”. Djamoekoe founder Chef Arif Springs descends from a line of famed Javanese herbalists. He wanted to share his ancestral traditions with modern consumers.
Since opening in 2016 we have sold tens of thousands of bottles of jamu. The great taste and many health benefits of our jamu are enjoyed by people from all over the world. Each batch is brewed on the premises daily.
We use locally sourced ingredients. Honey from Sumbawa Island has been a staple of our range since we opened. Our products are free from sugar, colours or anything artificial.
We also brew a range of kombucha on the premises. Our range of herbal teas contain Indonesian flowers and herbs. We grow and sun dry these in our organic farm in Baturiti.
Our range of vegan plant protein powders is extremely popular. We sell fitness and bodybuilding products from trusted suppliers.
We have a range of vitamins and minerals for diet supplementation. Also an equally wide selection of powdered herbs and spices.
We have an impressive range of loose leaf tobacco from all over Indonesia. Essential oils and fine incense are popular non-edible products.
